8.3 To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that refund requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted under any circumstances, and the item will not be eligible for return or refund.
8.4 Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is processed. Please be patient, as it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
8.5 Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet these criteria.
8.6 If no reason for the refund is provided, we will deduct 50% of the refund amount.
